Health, Education, Training for self-help activities, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestati on, Technical supports to the poor communities, Imp! ementing Integrated Socio-economic Development Project”, Poverty Alleviation Program and advocacy to the poor communities, Scholarship to the poor students and higher studies and poor students, Networking, Partnership with National and International NGO and donor agencies.

Present Activities:
01 .NFPE- Non-formal Primary Education Program:
Specific target group: Poor children in remotest areas who are deprived from education. Mothers and villagers who are illiterate.
Objectives:
v Village selection
v General meeting with guardians and village leaders
v Raise awareness in education
v To be educated in primary level
v Raise awareness in education to the mothers
v Raise demand for education
v Increase literacy rate of female
v Monthly guardians meeting
v Training and refreshers to the school related teachers
v To follow extra curriculum activities (drawing, music, dance, general knowledge) along with general education

Project and main activities:
02.HYSAWA (Hygiene Promotion, Water Supply and Sanitation)- (Danida) Project in Rangarnati Sadar(Partnership with NGO Forum for Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation & Hill Tract NGO Forum)

Specific target group:- Women, Children, Village Communities; hard to serve remote areas without health facilities /access to safe water and hygienic sanitation.

Objective:
v Raise awareness on community and household regarding hygienic behavior, safe water and sanitation:
v Promote proper utilization of safe water and sanitation;
v Reduce water born disease, malaria, mother & child mortality and drug-abuse;
v Provide safe water supply and sanitation

Project and main activities:
Hygiene promotion, water supply aiid sanitation:

v Community mobilization and capacity building
v Promote use of sanitary latrine.

Health information, motivation and training:
v Provide information on prevention of disease
v Provide linkage with doctors and hospitals

03. Kachalong Shishu Sadan(KSS) lntegrated ocio Development Project:

Specific target group:- Children who are very p00 parentless. fatherless, motherless from indigenous minor community from Rangamati. Bandarban & Khagrachari, they are speciflc target group.

Objectives:
v To be educated in primary and high school level to indigenous poor children
v To increase literacy rate to the above communities
v To support to complete higher studies to the poor and brilliant students;

Project and main activities:

To select target beneficiaries;
To provide educational materials;
To support health, residence, school uniform and logistic;
To serve them like mother care;
Provide financial support to higher studies students as scholarship:

04.Moanoghar Pre-cadet School:

Specific target group:- Guardians who are interested to study their children in this school, only these type of students are in target

Objectives:

To be educated with proper and basic knowledge in primary level;
Raise awareness to the guardians in modern education;

Program and main activities:

To teach proper education in classroom;
To follow upgraded curriculum;
To promote lesson plan;
To create educational environment in school campus;
To apply proper teaching materials in class room;
To follow extra curriculum activities, as, computer, drawing, wall paper publication, competition, celebration of national and international important days, music and dance, education tour etc.
Meeting, discussion and workshop with teaching staff, Managing Committee members, school related guardians for promoting awareness to respective responsibilities and duties;
